Project Overview
Todd and Hardy's main home is in Florida. They recently bought their home in Lancaster to escape Florida's hot and humid months.
Because they would be spending half the year in Lancaster, it was important for their Lancaster home to be functional and comfortable while also matching their personality and style.

Scope of Work
Our clients' fell in love with Trish's design right when they saw it! It was bold and artsy. It had modern clean lines with a touch of masculinity. This was exactly what they wanted.
When you look at this bathroom, your eyes immediately go to that fun floor! Talk about making a bold statement. The porcelain tile is white with a black and gray geometric floral design. It is a perfect design to match the clients' personalities. We incorporated this same tile in the shower niche to created unity.
We replaced the vanity with a bold black custom made vanity topped with a white quartz countertop with subtle gray accents.
The bathtub was removed and a shower was installed instead. This created a more open look in the small bathroom. White stacked tile covers the shower walls. A stunning black tile was chosen for the shower floor to add to the bold aesthetic.
Enclosing the shower are grid shower doors. This grid is unique because the squares are larger than you may be used to seeing. This created the illusion of a larger shower and complemented the intricate floor design without creating a busy look.
The entire bathroom is complete with beautiful matte black accents and finishes.

Todd and Hardy were a little hesitant of remodeling due to a previous challenging experience with another contractor. Though they were hesitant at first, once they saw Trish's design, they had complete trust in her (and us). This trust carried them all the way through to the end of the project. Since they were still living in Florida. Trish did a lot of the showroom visits and shopping on her own. Thank goodness for Zoom and FaceTime! They knew what they wanted and allowed Trish to add her professional creative spin. Between the design, their vision, and the mutual trust, they only spent one week in design making selections! With ordering materials, product lead times, and scheduling trade partners, they spent a little over a month in pre-production. Once construction starts, a typical bathroom remodel takes about 4-6+ weeks. This project fell right around 6 weeks from the start of construction to the end.
