Scope of Work
This kitchen remodel was thoughtfully designed to blend modern functionality with the historic charm of the home. The layout was reimagined to include a central island with a sleek, waterfall-edge quartz countertop and a modern undermount sink. The refrigerator and range were repositioned to establish an efficient work triangle, significantly improving the kitchen’s flow and usability.
The outdated wooden cabinetry was replaced with sleek, minimalist white cabinets, creating a bright and open feel throughout the space. To add visual contrast, a matte black subway tile backsplash was installed, offering a bold yet elegant complement to the clean lines of the new cabinetry. Large windows and sliding glass doors flood the space with natural light.
Throughout the remodel, care was taken to preserve the original character of the home. The historic log walls and wood beams were carefully integrated into the design, serving as stunning rustic accents against the contemporary upgrades.

Scope of Work
In the living room, the goal was to create a more cohesive and inviting space. The original flooring was replaced with fresh new flooring that ties the room together seamlessly and complements the historic character of the home.
Additionally, a fresh coat of paint was applied, brightening the space while highlighting the unique architectural elements such as the exposed wood beams. These updates brought a refreshed energy to the living room, making it a welcoming and stylish gathering area.

Scope of Work
For this project, we transformed an existing bedroom into a spacious and functional bathroom. We framed new walls and openings to define designated areas for the shower enclosure, vanity, sink, toilet, and storage.
We installed new plumbing lines to accommodate double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower featuring handheld and rainfall shower heads, and an efficient toilet.
The flooring was replaced with luxury vinyl, chosen for its durability and low maintenance, and the shower enclosure was tiled with classic white subway tiles that included built-in niches for storage.
Modern fixtures and finishes were installed throughout, including a double vanity with sleek white cabinetry and gold-tone faucets, all beautifully highlighted by a bold black accent wall that adds depth and contrast to the space.
This transformation not only brought new life to the home but also provided the homeowner with a practical and elegant retreat.

This project’s timeline included a significant pause between the design and production phases due to external circumstances beyond the client’s control. During the design phase, the client had a clear vision for what they wanted, and with the expertise and collaboration of our Project Developer, they worked together seamlessly to create a thoughtful and detailed plan. This preparation ensured a smooth transition into production once everything was ready, resulting in a beautifully updated home that perfectly captured the client’s vision and needs.
