Scope of Work
This remodel encompassed a complete transformation of a previously unused basement space into an luxurious entertainment hub.
The work began with the installation of a high-performance epoxy flooring that set the stage for the rest of the design elements. Elegant wallpaper was selected to elevate and add dimension to the space.
To accommodate the homeowners' need for both openness and discrete storage, custom-built shelving and a Murphy door were integrated, maximizing space utility without compromising the aesthetic.
A custom fireplace positioned under a beautiful gold framed TV serves as both a focal point and a cozy gathering spot. Additionally, a unique model plane with sentimental value was securely mounted on a wall, blending personal history with the home's modern decor.
A key feature of the lounge is the imported bar, displaying detailed woodwork from Egypt and a countertop that matches the surrounding shelving, providing continuity in design.
This area is designed for both beauty and function, facilitating entertainment with style. It ultimately creates a luxurious space that serves as a tribute to the family's memories and a testament to sophisticated design.

Meaghan and Drew's basement remodel was an adventure that extended beyond the typical timeline due to unforeseen challenges and unique circumstances. The project kicked off with an unexpected issue when their basement experienced flooding, necessitating additional steps to ensure a safe and dry environment before proceeding. Further delays were encountered due to the extended shipping times for materials. Once construction starts, a typical basement remodel takes about 4-8+ weeks. Despite the hurdles, the core remodeling work was impressively completed in under two months, showcasing our team's efficiency and dedication. In the end, our team navigated each challenge with the expertise and coordination that Meaghan and Drew came to trust.
