Project Overview
This primary bathroom remodel was all about turning a builder-grade space into a bold, personalized retreat. The existing bathroom didn’t reflect the homeowner’s style and lacked the sense of comfort and personality she was craving. She dreamed of a space that felt like an escape—fun, expressive, and completely her own.
At the heart of the design was a funky wallpaper she fell in love with early in the process. Using that as inspiration, we built a vibrant and cohesive design around it, incorporating statement lighting, complementary colors, and high-impact finishes. The result is a bathroom that’s not only functional and modern, but full of personality and joy.

Scope of Work
To bring the client’s vision to life, we fully remodeled the primary bathroom with a design centered around a bold, patterned wallpaper she selected.
The layout remained largely the same, but every surface and finish was thoughtfully updated to reflect her expressive style and improve the overall feel of the space.
We replaced the builder-grade vanity with a custom two-tone cabinet setup—black for contrast and white for brightness—paired with matte black fixtures and hardware for a modern edge.
A statement light fixture was added above the tub, providing both visual impact and a sense of completion to the design. Additional updates included new flooring, updated countertops, fresh paint, and accessories carefully chosen to complement the wallpaper’s color palette and bring cohesion to the room.

This project began with our Project Development process, where we collaborated closely with Cheryl to define the scope, finalize the design, and align on budget goals. She had a clear vision for how she wanted the space to feel—fun, expressive, and uniquely hers—and was very intentional with her selections. The wallpaper she chose early on served as the anchor for the entire design, guiding decisions on color, materials, and finishes. During pre-production, we focused on ordering materials, learning product lead times, obtaining permits, and scheduling trade partners. Once construction starts, a typical bathroom remodel takes about 4-6+ weeks. The project ran smoothly and wrapped up just one week later than anticipated.
