Big Style in a Small Bathroom
- Make the small space feel brighter and more functional.
- Open up the shower.
-
Replace dated finishes with sleek, modern materials that reflect a clean and timeless style.

Project Overview
This small bathroom had seen better days. With dated finishes, heavily textured walls, and a dark, confined shower, it wasn’t a space the homeowners enjoyed using—and they were more than ready for a change.
Their goal was simple: a well-built bathroom that felt clean, open, and enjoyable every single day.

Scope of Work
This remodel involved a full renovation of a small, outdated bathroom with functional and aesthetic challenges.
We removed the textured wall finish and replaced the old shower with a more spacious layout, using Tyvarian wall panels and a custom glass enclosure. The placement of the shower door required creative problem-solving due to tight space constraints—but ultimately, the final design made the most of every inch.
To create contrast and balance, we installed large black floor tiles and selected fixtures in a mix of matte black and brushed nickel. A modern wall-mounted sink and streamlined mirror cabinet added to the clean look while saving space.

Project Completion

This project began with our Project Development process, where we partnered closely with the homeowners to understand their needs and explore creative solutions for maximizing their small bathroom. From layout adjustments to fixture selections, every decision was made with space in mind.. During pre-production, we focused on ordering materials, learning product lead times, obtaining permits, and scheduling trade partners. Once construction starts, a typical bathroom remodel takes about 4-6+ weeks. The project ran smoothly and wrapped up only a few days later than anticipated. The end result is a space that feels significantly larger and more enjoyable to use—without adding a single square foot.
